In my article about preparing resume for executive position 1 (escrita em Português), I asked a question about the most important factor or factors in the resume which determine the hiring of an executive.
In answering that question, the most important part of the resume in all situations is the achievement (realizações). Another important part, depending on the business segment of the organization, is the hobby.
Therefore, you should pay a lot of attention when writing these parts in your resume.
The next questin now is: how do you present these parts of your resume in order to be attractive to your potential employer? Think about it!
